Celestia Festival is a live public event that may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

By attending Celestia Festival, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur throughout the event.

Event Photography and Video

Celestia Foundation may capture photos, video, and audio recordings during the event for purposes including:

• promotional materials

• marketing and advertising

• social media content

• website content

• documentaries or recap videos

• future event promotion

Consent by Attendance

By entering the event grounds, attendees grant Celestia Foundation the right to use photographs, video footage, or audio recordings that may include their likeness, voice, or participation.

These materials may be used without compensation in promotional or informational materials related to Celestia Festival.

Minors

Parents or legal guardians attending with minors acknowledge that minors may appear in event photography or video recordings.

Respect for Attendees

Celestia aims to create a welcoming and respectful environment. If an attendee has concerns about being recorded in close-up promotional content, they may speak with event staff during the event.
